1. About this website

The website describes Antinet, which provides AI infrastructure for networks that are closed off from the internet, and lets you ask us for access. The information on the website is general and is meant to introduce our products. It is not an offer, and it does not form part of any contract unless a signed agreement says so.

2. Requesting access

When you send the request access form, you give us your company name, your email address and, if you choose, your country. You confirm that this information is correct and that you are allowed to share it for your organization. Sending a request does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to anything. If we decide to work together, the use of our software, models and services will be covered by a separate written agreement, and that agreement will take priority over these Terms.

3. How you may use the website

You may use the website to learn about Antinet and to contact us. You agree that you will not:

  • use the website in a way that breaks any law or the rights of others;
  • send false, misleading or automated requests, or information about someone else without their permission;
  • try to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers or any connected system, or interfere with how the website works;
  • copy, scrape or collect content from the website in bulk by automated means, except as search engines normally do to index public pages; or
  • upload or send anything that contains viruses or other harmful code.

We may limit or block access to the website for anyone who does not follow these Terms.

4. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including the Antinet name and logo, text, images and design, belong to Antinet or to those who have licensed them to us, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the website and print or save pages for your own reference. You may not copy, change, publish or sell any part of it, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

5. Other companies' names and links

The website mentions open weight AI models and shows their logos so you can see which models Antinet can run. These names and logos belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean that those owners endorse Antinet, sponsor it or work with it.

The website may link to websites run by others. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.

6. No warranty

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that the website will always be available, free of errors or free of harmful components, or that its information is complete and up to date.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Antinet is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, data or business, that comes from using or not being able to use the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.

8. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we collect and use your personal information, including the information you send through the request access form.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the website after a change, the updated Terms apply to you.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the website, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be taken away.

11. Contact
